These terms are a starting template and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before Fastparcel relies on them commercially.

Using Fastparcel

By booking a delivery through Fastparcel, you confirm the parcel does not contain prohibited items and that the information you provide about weight, contents and addresses is accurate.

Pricing

Rates shown by the calculator are estimates. The final price is confirmed on WhatsApp before pickup and may change if the actual weight, dimensions or route differ from what was submitted.

Liability

Fastparcel and its delivery partners handle parcels with care, but liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment as agreed at booking.

Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge before a rider is assigned. Once a pickup is in progress, a cancellation fee may apply.
