We connect senders to a network of riders and cargo partners so booking a delivery takes minutes, not phone calls.
Fastparcel started with a simple frustration: getting a straight answer on courier pricing in India usually means calling three vendors and waiting for a callback. We built a calculator that gives you a number immediately, and a WhatsApp line that gets a rider moving the same day.
How we work
We do not own a fleet in every city. Instead, we route each booking to the rider or cargo partner best placed to handle it — local bike riders for in-city drops, and partner cargo lines for intercity and interstate shipments. You get one point of contact regardless of which partner carries the parcel.
What we are still building
Booking today happens over WhatsApp once you have an estimate from the calculator. A fully self-serve booking flow with online payment is next on our roadmap.
