To book and track a delivery, we collect sender and receiver names, addresses, phone numbers, and shipment details such as weight and contents category.

How we use it

This information is used to coordinate pickup and delivery with our riders and cargo partners, to provide tracking updates, and to respond to support requests on WhatsApp or email.

Sharing

We share shipment details only with the delivery partner assigned to that booking. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Retention

Booking and tracking records are kept for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal requirements.
